Regenerate Athletic Therapy was established by Teresa Gorman, a certified Athletic Therapist registered with Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI) and a STOTT Pilates instructor. Born and raised in Ballymore Eustace, Teresa's early involvement in the local GAA community ignited her passion for sports and exercise. It has always been her lifelong dream to contribute to the community by establishing a business in Ballymore.
